چکیده
This technical report (TR) is an optional part of the International Standard for Prolog, ISO/IEC 13211. Prolog manufacturers wishing to implement Definite Clause Grammar rules in a portable way should do so in compliance with this technical report. Grammar rules provide convenient functionality for parsing and processing text in a variety of languages. They have been implemented in many Prolog processors. This TR is an extension to the ISO/IEC 13211–1 Prolog standard, adopting a similar structure. In particular, this TR adds new subclauses to, or modifies existing subclauses of ISO/IEC 13211–1.

The Prolog primitive thread_cancel/1, which simply cancels a thread as recommended in ISO/IEC DTR 13211-5:2007, is conspicuously absent in well-maintained, widely used multithreaded Prolog systems. The ability to cancel a thread is useful for application development and is critical to Prolog embeddability. The difficulty of cancelling a thread is due to the instant mapping of Prolog multithread...
متن کاملImproving the ISO Prolog Standard by Analyzing Compliance Test Results
Part 1 of the ISO Prolog standard (ISO/IEC 13211) published in 1995 covers the core of Prolog, including syntax, operational semantics, streams and some built-in predicates. Libraries, DCGs, and global mutables are current standardization topics. Most Prolog implementations provide an ISO mode in which they adhere to the standard. Our goal is to improve parts of the Prolog standard already publ...
متن کاملIndex Calculation Attacks on RSA Signature and Encryption
At Crypto ’85, Desmedt and Odlyzko described a chosen-ciphertext attack against plain RSA encryption. The technique can also be applied to RSA signatures and enables an existential forgery under a chosen-message attack. The potential of this attack remained untapped until a twitch in the technique made it effective against two very popular RSA signature standards, namely iso/iec 9796-1 and iso/...
متن کاملA Qualitative Study on PATT - A Project Assessment and Tracking Tool
This paper describes PATT, a project assessment and tracking tool, created with the purpose of processing software metrics in order to provide managers with development information on software projects. Based on international software standards, including CMMI, ISO/IEC 9126 and ISO/IEC 15939, it collects metrics from projects artifacts, analyzes them, and spend efforts on calculating overall de...
